We came to this restaurant for sunset drinks and the panoramic view of the city was really magical. Even after the darkness, Cluj looked beautiful from the top... The staff was really unwilling and upset by any questions about the menu could not say the difference between some offered splash that they were all the same, only prosecco plus some syrup The drinks were not really delicious. We didn't order food. If you are lucky to get a small table outside, you will be rewarded by the view. If not, do not stay there because the service and the menu are not worth it.
