Waited over an hour and when I asked to finally speak to a a manger he or she did not come out, instead another employee came out to tell me my food was finally done. The place was empty and I didn?t see any reason as to why Ineeded to wait over an HR for 12 wings. The fact that the manager did not want to come out and talk to me about my experiencesays a lot about this place. I?ll never go back after many years of coming here. Please go back to the old ways

The bread is soggy the meat is extremely dry due to it being over cooked. Weordered fries as well and they tasted like they were a batch from the day before. Id reccomend going somewhere else around town.Definately last time i go there.

She looked annoyed the whole time and when I asked her why the cookie dough ice cream was melting shesimply said that is how it looks. I then asked her to get another flavored ice cream which was also (melting and almost done)from inside which she got for me but still remarked do you want me to get another new one from inside? with an annoyed tone..But I have been to this place a couple of times and a young man served us well which is why I went here again. I don 't thinkthey care about customer service anymore... Very upsetting. I lost my excitement for ice cream after the service I receivedtoday.

Ok, fine, mistakes happen. 2nd visit, owed 17.33, gave a $20, $5, and 2 $1 bills, and change. The cashier put it into the registerand handed me the receipt. I asked for my $10 change, and she claimed that I had paid the exact bill and said the proof wasthat she didn't have any $20 bills in her register. I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed to be one, but she wouldn'tgive me her name (said she didn't have too) and she wasn't wearing a name tag. I gave her my phone number and asked that if thedrawer turned up with an extra $10 at the end of the night, that I'd like it back. She grudgingly took my phone number andacted like I was personally attacking her integrity, not like managers should. Never, ever going back there.
