Weiterlesen Called in on a mid-week evening for a drink and meal. It was lovely to enter a warm and welcoming hostelry with log fires burning, in both the bar and lounge, where we were seated. We tried the locally brewed Salopian and Stonehouse Brewery ales, which were in fine fettle and then had a thoroughly enjoyable meal, accompanied with a bottle of delicious red wine. We had a memorable evening, which included great company, a warm and cosy atmosphere in a lovely village inn. Well done the new owners!
