Also in the first group was Pete Jones of Skylight Inn, his grandson Sam Jones now operating both Skylight Inn and Sam Jones BBQ in Winterville, Wayne Honey Monk of Lexington BBQ, Charles Hursey of Hursey 's BBQ in the Burlington area, Kent Bridges of Alston Bridge 's BBQ in Shelby, and Steve and Gerri Grady of Grady 's BBQ near Goldsboro!
