Weiterlesen We love going to Applebee's, and usually have a great experience. Tonight was not one of those nights, and it didn't seem to be as busy as a usual Saturday night. Our appetizers took quite a while to come out, we then waited for cutlery and plates, and the boneless wings were warm at best. Our server took our main course order as she provided our silverware, and didn't return for anything until our main course came out. Our drinks were empty and had been for a bit, the food brought for me wasn't even close to what I ordered, and my wife's steak was way over cooked. It just wasn't a good night to have dinner at Applebee's.

The eating was excellent and the server, lean made a great work. it was really very busy for the late night, but they took care of us. Like who needs that much sauce guys?!? For real if I wanted honey mustard only then that’s what I would order. I’ve reviewed several spots over here and honestly this whole area just sucks when it comes to service.

Weiterlesen Went to dinner on 2/25 with my sister and three kids. After being seated, I overheard a table complain because they were double charged for an item our waitress blamed the kitchen staff. It took 10 15 minutes for any kind of acknowledgement from our waitress. She didn 't introduce herself, and seemed like she couldn 't care less. We placed our drink order which included an Oreo milkshake. She didn 't ask if we wanted any appetizers we did and quickly walked away before we could tell her. We got our drinks and placed our order for appetizer and meals. She wasn 't even paying attention and asked multiple times to repeat our order. Three of us got burgers I ordered mine no bun. Our app came and we finished it when I heard another of her table 's complain they hadn 't received their app yet. They ordered before us, and the exact same app. She told them that multiple tables ordered the same thing and someone ran it to the wrong table. That someone was her. This is the second complaint we heard where the waitress blamed someone else and just made excuses. Two men brought our food every single burger came without buns. I had asked for A1 and it wasn 't brought we just asked a table nearby for theirs. We 're now at least 45 minutes in. Waitress has not asked us if we want refills or checked on us at all and still no milkshake. The staff fixed the bun issues and as the waitress ran by I asked for refills. At this point she tells us they ran out of Oreos and she just found out (45 minutes after placing our order), but they could do a plain vanilla shake. We agreed. Finally had to ask the manager for refills, still no milkshake. At an hour in with no milkshake, I got up to find the manager. Manager brings waitress over to our table and they both proceed to make excuses instead of just apologizing and fixing the issue for 5 minutes. The manager even told us that the bartender was straight up drunk and was probably just happy they ran out of Oreos so she didn 't have to make shakes at all. It was absolutely ridiculous. Third time the waitress blamed everyone but herself and took zero accountability. Another 20 minutes later we had a comped milkshake, more excuses from the waitress, and still waited another 10 minutes for the check. The restaurant was busy, but the waitress was nowhere to be seen so it 's not like she was helping other tables. I have never had service like this anywhere else in my life and we will never be returning to this location. The issue clearly starts with management.

Pas une excuse, pas un geste, rien ! J'ai passé un appel pour vérifier qu'il n'y avait pas de problèmes après une heure d'attente (très cordialement), et n'ai eu pour réponse qu'un "le livreur est en route".Domino's pizza plus jamais pour ma part après cette dernière expérience.
