Weiterlesen Myself and my partner had dinner here with friends. The welcome we received was great, the staff were helpful and talkative. The pub is a beautiful, traditional old pub with interesting decoration. When we received our food we were delighted. We had 3 courses and every one was delicious and well presented. We would all thoroughly recommend this place to anyone and everyone whether it be a relaxed lunch or evening out for dinner!

Weiterlesen I have been ordering from Modbury Chinese for years and always thought the food was very good. Last weekend I made my normal order which was delivered quickly so no complaints there. When I opened the food and began to put it onto my plate I found THE biggest thick, long, black hair in the special rice. Immediately I felt sick to my stomach. I couldn’t eat that dish and threw it away. I bravely tried the other dish I had ordered which was chewy and completely unappealing. Unfortunately the takeaway had been going downhill for months and that has now confirmed that I will never return. I dread to think about the cleanliness of the place
