The food taste good, but you have to order off the menu and the portions are small compared to the value you used to get at the buffet. The waiters never smiled the whole time, they refused to take the dirty plates off the table and he never came back after the food was served other than to give me the check. This place has gone way downhill fast. I’ve gone here for years, but after today I will never go there again. Response to the owner I understand that we are in a pandemic and your restaurant is struggling like many across the country which is why I chose to support your restaurant. I also brought a friend to help support you. I truly understand your establishment needing to shut down the buffet, but there is simply no excuse for the poor service your waiters provided while we were in your establishment. In most cases this is caused by a lack of training, but your waiter flat out refused to clear the table of dirty dishes when I asked him to, so we could continue to enjoy our time in your restaurant. There is simply no excuse for that other than your staff being rude. The correct response from you should have been an apology and a willingness to correct the problem, not using the pandemic as an excuse for why the waiter refused to provide friendly prompt service. I will be sure to tell my friends and co-workers about my experience in your restaurant as well as your response.

UPDATE: My wife and I returned to get an excerpt and we were very pleased with the young lady who took our orders.
