Weiterlesen Das Epos ist ein größeres Restaurant, der Raum etwas kühl von den vielen Tischen waren nur 4 mit Gästen besetzt. Nach über einer Stunde bekammen wir unseren Salat wo das Dressing fehlte. Nochmal 30 min warten bekammen wir unser Hauptgericht, das hat geschmeckt. Wir haben durch die lange Wartezeit mitbekommen das Epos von 2 Mann betrieben wird, einer macht den Service und der andere die Küche. Das ist für diese Größe des Restaurants viel zu wenig.

After another 30 minutes, we received our main course, which was delicious. During the long wait, we realized that Epos is run by two people: one in charge of service and the other in the kitchen. That's far too few for a restaurant of this size.

After waiting another 30 minutes we got our main course, which was tasty. Due to the long waiting time, we noticed that Epos is run by two men, one does the service and the other does the kitchen. That's far too little for the size of the restaurant. Weiterlesen Insgesamt ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt: Fantastischer Koch, hervorragendes Frühstück mit regionalen Zutaten, gemütliche Zimmer, heimelige Räume. Alles, was das romantische Herz begehrt! Der Preis ist jedoch etwas hoch für schweizerische Verhältnisse: Das heiße Wasser für meinen eigenen Teebeutel kostete 3,50 Franken. Das war das Einzige, was etwas kleinlich wirkte. Ansonsten: Sehr empfehlenswert.
