The staff is very kind and even went above and beyond for a catering order recently to make sure we had what we needed for a baby shower! They have definitely earned a regular customer in me!

Weiterlesen My brother recommended this Chex to me (the Pineville location) and my I definitely will be back every time I?m in the Charlotte area. I ordered the Hawaiian Blaze and Lemon pepper wings which was perfection. Not overly cooked not under cook but cooked to perfection. I also ordered the chicken quesadilla, French fries, and cheese burger for my kiddos and everything came out delicious! I also must mention the customer service which was superb! Moe and Ashley were so kind

Weiterlesen I love CSC, it 's been my monthly go-to lunch spot for a while. However, the last two visits to the Westover Terrace location (Greensboro) have been awful. I place my order online and says it will be ready within 12-15 mins. I head out to pick it up only to have to wait an additional TWENTY FIVE minutes. The cashier clearly yelled out today It will be a 20 min. wait from the moment you place your order ! Unfortunately, they don 't tell you about this wait when ordering online. People were waiting in line, others simply left. I mean, it was 11:30 a.m. How is it that a place as popular as this has SO LITTLE and UNPREPARED staff? You would think the owners would see this, pitch in and be present. Nope! Door Dash people and people waiting on their online orders were standing around in the dining area. It was a mess. After my LONG wait, and asking several times where my order was... i get my order and not even an apology or justification. NOTHING. Cashier simply said, It 's just me and the other girl in the back today . However, it 's happened before within the last month. No excuse in my opinion. It 's NOT okay when you are on your lunch hour, and they couldn 't care less. To make matters worse, i get to my office and my bread isn 't even toasted. It 's soggy and nasty. I had to remove the salad and eat it alone. I would have expected better service from a popular place like this. This location is the worse. Stay away unless you got all the time in the world to sit and wait a LONG TIME!

Weiterlesen On the other day, I did some door dash and started to feel light while waiting for my order. When I tried to get into my car with my command, I went out for a few seconds. I dropped both drinks and food on the concrete, scraped my arm and everything. I was super embarrassed, I really tried to get up and get to my car. The cashier ran to check me, offered me new drinks for my order and asked if I needed water or anything. The manager came out quickly with orange juice and a sandwich for me. They made sure I was good and beat that I was staying out there until I felt good again. I say all this to say Chic Fil A customer service is amazing. I wish I had got the names of the employees who helped me, but I was so easy that everything blurred. I'll remember you forever. Thank you.

Weiterlesen Today Chic felt a left an autistic teen employee wondering how he could change or was different so he could? ve kept a job he loved and was loyal too. They made it so incredibly difficult for a young Christian teenager to believe that when gods close a door, he opens another. You told his mother two weeks ago that he was great. It wasn't about filling enough drinks quickly or not fitting it well? It was at the end of the day because someone without compassion found him angry because he is different. I have managed teenagers in a grocery store for years and know for a fact that if the management put you on a shift you do not put as much as another if they only give you 4 hours a week if you want to work 20 25 if the manager lacks the integrity to his parents do something different than?he?s great!? They've decided they want you to stop, but this boy isn't a shot, so they fired him. I assume that the manager who finished him works a middle shift and dropped him by 4 hours in the morning, so he didn't have to deal with him. Sixty days are two months and even in the slowest operations, most employees take a minimum of 3 months to get a good overview of the work, but here we are sixty days and most likely to fire the equivalent of 2 40 hours working week an autistic teenager from his first job, because this was the easier way to do than your work and appropriately train a new team member with a unique mind and a big one. Did I get that right? Better.

Weiterlesen I want to say that this Chick-fil-a is really nice, Friendly and the Staff always goes above and beyond to make sure that you are pleased with your order! I'm always stopping by in the mornings and sometimes it is close to Lunchtime and they have no problem switching to let me get lunch. This morning I was thinking it was about lunch time and really it was really @2 hrs to early but the young lady asked me if I could wait for it to cook and I could.(Dumb me forgot to set my clock in my van). They fixed it and I got the bag and it was hot and I apologized for the early order and the young man said no problem and smiled. They are always a pleasure to talk to.....go by and see them and I promise they always are plesant to see and talk to. Thank You, Spicy chicken LadyKid-friendliness: Has a small kid area to play in.

My last straw is i ordered A grilled chicken no let no tom add pickles well got to work and the writing on the box was right but inside was chicken with lettuce and tomato no pickles and the hardest bread ever got pics) Sad for the price of the food everything should be top notch.. Weiterlesen I went to this place drive thru on 14 november 2022 at 2pm and ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal with a big fry and big coks. after my meal I moved into a parking lot of chickfila to eat my food. when I opened my meal, there was no cheese on the sandwich, but I had nothing too much because I had to eat quickly to go to work. as I'm finished with my sandwich, is a moth in the middle! I spit immediately what I had in my mouth and went straight back to the restaurant. when I went to theke, I talked to the first one I saw (not sure of her name) and asked her if I could talk to a manager that she replied: "is everything in order? need her a remake" I then told her that I don't want to make a scene, but there's a whole bug in my sandwich and I showed her the bug. she just looked shocked to her (as she should say) the hired came back to tell me that they will give me a refund and another sandwich (as I also dared to eat another one). but then I only got a partial refund?! I understand that the mistake was only in my sandwich, but it was a bug! I just disappointed that the manager never once tried to talk to me and made his hired half to take care of the situation. we have to go back!
