Weiterlesen Happy if you don’t publish this, more feedback to management. We booked and were seated at the back near the stairs &service desk when the restaurant was less than half full. The table hadnt been preprepared as a place setting was taken as we sat, many nicer tables were available. Food was ok, although the scallops did not appear fresh as noted on the menu and were soggy. One dish was forgotten and the wine was incorrectly over billed 2 bottles.

Well it could’ve been exceptionally special but sadly it wasn’t. All I can say is luckily the food was nice but not worth the dollar u pay for it.. '. finally, their apologies were because they were busy. Oh, okay.

I enjoyed the cappuccino, unsure what brand of coffee is used but it's pretty good. They ran out of their traditional cannoli, so I decided to buy the ones that were filled with gelato. They're alright but you really can't go past the original. My biggest issue was the staff. They were a little rude and very short with us, but at the end of the day we only had to interact with them for a couple of minutes before we went and sat outside. Ample seating is available. Weiterlesen Brought the family for an evening out for Lunar New Year. One of the party has an acute allergy to onions, leeks, chives. This was conveyed in advance and then on the evening itself. This was pretty much ignored by the kitchen and when finally...they got it , instead of making a fresh dish, they tried to remove the onions and present the dish. Fortunately we had spotted it, otherwise it would likely have resulted in a trip to the hospital. The manager JOANN LIM, refused to even come out to acknowledge the shoddy behavior and when we brought it up to the club, we were told that the IPOH CLUB is NOT part of the RSL, they lease the space. IPOH Club, you have great front staff who try their best, were very helpful and apologetic, food is acceptable, not great .... but you have a terrible manager.
