The cocktails were such good quality and delicious, the staff were so friendly and efficient, this bar is in the castle, quite easy to get to and well worth a visit. Closed in the winter but opens again during Easter. Play’s good music and has a great atmosphere. Love it

Food for the locals looked good substantial: we just had toast coffee, both of which had great flavours. Decor was bright, clean spacious. Staff were v polite, v efficient courteous. Good value for money too.

Appetizers were PEI Mussels and baked cornbread dusted oysters. Our mains were one of the daily specials, the trout, and the ahi tuna. Desserts (no photos were bread pudding and crème brûlée 2 ways. All accompanied by a very nice Pinot Noir from Oregon — chosen with the assistance of our excellent server (Amelia? . Every sip, every morsel was divine. The tables are nicely spaced. The noise level is a little high, but that probably relates to current restaurant design and it’s embrace of hard surfaces.
