Details: 1) 0 for 100 in putting names on customer provided names on orders with multiple burritos. 2) One delivery order that was never delivered only for us to be asked to jump through a bunch of hoops by corporate and to never even get refunded. Thats all the time I have for this and will simply use Chipotle in the future as they seem to get it right.
