Where to even begin… Word of mouth brought me to Pam’s Place. We got some pretty standard take out (pizza, salads, etc) and made a few requests due to alleries.... Weiterlesen Where to even begin… Word of mouth brought me to Pam’s Place. We got some pretty standard take out (pizza, salads, etc) and made a few requests due to alleries. No onions in the salad. No peppers. Pretty standard. Every single item was wrong. Everything was covered in peppers and onions. We hadn’t noticed until we got home and sat down for dinner. We called and spoke to Dave who was belligerent and rude. “Well what do you want me to do about it? We are absolutely slammed right now” Normally we would accept remade food, but since we live a fair distance away we asked for a refund. “Absolutely not. I will not refund it. I’ll remake it and that’s it”. We explained we wouldn’t be driving back out and Dave said “perfect” and hung up on us. Dave, your customer service is awful. Your food is awful. You are awful. If I could give this place a negative star review I would. Absolutely disgusted with this situation.
