Thursday night is training night with a fixed 3-course menu at $60, but I'm not sure who is being trained. we enjoyed an amuse bouche of mung beans, pine nuts and pepitas, a consomme of tomato and watermelone, melt-in-the-mouth cork, and a chocolate cake with soft ice; one of the best meal times I had in a long time. the restaurant was cool and quiet, a nice break from the heat waves conditions we have experienced, and the service was impeccable.

Il ristorante è una chicca di qualità, con piatti sempre speciali e gustosi. Assolutamente da provare le grappe, una meglio dell'altra. Una nota speciale va allo staff e al proprietario Stefano che ti fanno sentire a casa fin dal primo momento.
