My lunch mate got the cedar plank salmon, and yes the salmon was served on a piping hot cedar plank. It was delicious. She said her beets were perfect, not too vinegary and the perfect tenderness. This was first experience at Billy's and I'll DEFINITELY be back. Friendly atmosphere, and Sarah our hostess was just phenomenonal. They will be doing curbside pick up during Phase 3 of the pandemic!!
