I'm giving them three stars because the dog's food off of the cute Dog menu was hot and smelled delicious and the carpaccio appetizer was yummy. My $37 dinner of rack of lamb had a lot to be desired with overall mealdesirability and presentation. The wad of broccoli to one side was ice cold as if it had just come out of the defroster and thewad of roasted potatoes next to the rack of lamb was simply a wad of roasted potatoes which lacked any seasoning other than Saltand Pepper. The lamb itself was absolutely delicious cooked to perfection. Too bad that delicious lamb was wasted on the crappiepresentation. I'm a single woman taking myself out for a dinner with my dog in tow. I had to ask for the heater beside me to beturned on when all the other heaters were turned on, I had to ask for oil and vinegar to go with the bread. What kind of Italianrestaurant doesn't automatically provide oil and vinegar for the bread? When I first got there I asked if I could sit outsideand eat with my dog, the woman that greeted me asked me if I had a reservation. I laughed and said no do I need one I just wantto feed myself right now? There was one couple outside among five or six Empty tables and one couple on the inside among manyempty tables. I get it they might get super busy in just a short time and perhaps I should have had a reservation. I feltslighted in some subtle manner. I figured it's all worth it I'm taking myself out to dinner and my meal should be delicious for$37 just for the meal not including the dog's food or the appetizer or the glass of wine or the desert I was planning onordering which I didn't get by the way. Wanted to cut my losses short. When I complained about the overall meal being cold andslightly undesirable looking for $37 my waitress did offer to not charge me for it. But somehow that wasn't the point I didn'twant them to think that I had come to eat a big meal I couldn't afford and then complain about it. I've eaten a

Weiterlesen Preface, we come here for every birthday in our family, and with four teenage boys, that 's pretty frequently, at least 6 times a year. Unfortunately this year the birthday fell on Mother 's Day, but we hoped that most people went out for brunch and dinner would be better. The hostess was nice and helpful but it took forever to get somebody to even bring us water and take our order-in the end, the bartender had to come outside and take it because our server was too overwhelmed being Mother 's Day, I guess. Our meals all came out a few minutes apart from each other, so we waited until everyone had their food, and the food quality of the signature steak and the special sirloin with the lobster tail was horrible. The horseradish mash that was advertised with the special was a small portion of over-baked mashed potatoes, dried out and no flavor. I will say the lobster tail was good though. Steak was fatty and very tough. My son that ordered the NY strip from the signature steaks said his steak was very under cooked (a Medium was ordered and it was very red in the center) and then after we paid, we realized they charged us $4 extra for the peppercorn sauce that we thought came with that entree. My husband and two of our teens had the filet mignons from The Grill with sides and their steaks were much higher quality, so I guess we 've learned our lesson to stick with the grill steaks and not the specials or signature steaks. Definitely disappointed this time around with the quality, especially for what you pay.

They didn't even flip the sign from “chiuso “ to “aperto “ so we weren't even sure they were open yet. ... The waiter could not answer any of our questions, offered no advice and just didn't seem to grasp how to welcome diners to improve a fine dining experience. All questions went to the chef, who was of course too busy to multitask. No discussing anything, just order! Presto! ... When I asked for another glass of wine, the waiter got stuck. I waited five minutes hoping they'd figure things out, but no. I went up with a smile to tell him what I was drinking. Bad move. The chef told me to go back and sit down. I returned to our table with a frown. Felt like I ordered a round of them! Turns out we would have been better off ordering a bottle both for price and convenience. ... This was a Saturday during prime dinner hour, when you would expect to meet their best team. ... They asked what dessert I wanted, but never brought a dessert menu! I asked for something chocolate and got nowhere even though something was listed online.

The crab cakes were exceptional, the chowder too, followed by boneless ribeye pork tenderloin. The food is phenomenal, The service is great. And the atmosphere...
