Weiterlesen Their food used to be delicious but lately the quality has started to slip,we ordered a takeaway on Saturday,it arrived Luke warm,the coconut rice was singed and had big chunks of lemon and some weird throat stinging crunchy stuff in,the korma faired no better,great mounds of what had the texture and crunchiness off sugar but realy stung the throat,it was even on the popadoms ,when I got them out of the bag the powdery substance went into my eye and it stung like hell, the whole meal was uneatable and was thrown into the bin,we ended up having beans on toast. wouldn’t use them again.

These were served in the bowl and were very hard to peel without whining everywhere. We had to ask for a finger bowl. The service started well and then became just worse, for no obvious reason. In the end, we couldn't make our waitress think of us even if she was the next table. We called her once when she left. She went on. Finally another waitress helped us. All right.

I come here at least once every other week when I feel a bit cheeky and never impress them.

A waitress came immediately and we again asked for teas and buns. They arrived promptly. The tea was served in a paper cup and we were given cardboard plates for the buns. The buns were OK but a little dry and with hardly any currants. They certainly weren't as nice as they looked. The tea was priced at per cup and the buns were priced at each per person x total.......... Shock/Horror the bill was actually we were charged an extra per person) as we had sat at a table! We felt totally ripped off and would most certainly have had a take away and sat in the gardens down the road had we known.
