They specialize in local Chicagoland breweries. They offer 16 beers on tap from various breweries (they don't brew themselves). They also offer a huge selection of single can options in their coolers which you can drink in or take home. The take home pricing is $4 off the marked pricing in the cooler. Wednesday offers 1/2 flight specials which is a great way to sample what they have on tap at an affordable price. The staff is really nice and very knowledgeable. While they don't serve food (beyond chips) you can bring in food from other establishments to enjoy with their beer. Great taco place around the corner. Oh and sign up for their rewards program app and get money back.

Weiterlesen Food is decent but their meal plan system is a disaster. Here’s some context: I ordered meal plans every week for at least 3 or 4 months. At first things were ok, with only the occasional mistake throughout my five weekly meals. However, the last six times I ordered a meal plan there was something wrong. Usually it consisted of getting an entirely different meal than I ordered (which I learned to check before leaving for this reason) and other times it was a messed up order such as asking for no mushrooms only to pull it out for lunch at work on day and find there are mushrooms all over it. I do not live that close to muscle maker grill (about twenty minutes away so 40 min drive round trip). After the sixth week in a row was messed up I finally asked to speak with either the owner or manager because I was really frustrated at this point. When I first asked, someone who was not a manager nor the owner was put on the phone. I told them that wasn’t acceptable and I need to speak to someone in a position of authority. My number was taken down and I was assured I’d be getting a call from them within the next day. Well here we are over 2 weeks later and still no word. I know many of the locations closed down and maybe the poor customer service was partially to blame. Who knows? All I know is that for a sit down in the establishment meal, it’s probably ok, but if you plan on doing a meal plan or taking an order to go I’d say avoid this place entirely and if you don’t avoid it, definitely thoroughly inspect your food before leaving to ensure you are getting what your ordered and paid for.
