Weiterlesen Calle San Fransisco has a bunch of restaurants, and Nina-Yaku is definitely a good one! A little cheaper than Zig Zag, Zingaro or Chicha, Nina-Yaku is still a good restaurant with kind of a date night feel to it. The food is delicious, although the portions are a bit small (by American standards). Order the set menu if you want to save a few soles, the avocado salad was delicious and so fresh.

Weiterlesen We went to Arthur with a large group of friends to celebrate a birthday and loved the food, the presentation, and the service. While all the dishes were delicious, the ones that really stood out were the dishes “cooked” in liquid nitrogen. My favorites were the nitro pisco sour (take fotos! It looks like you are breathing smoke and the taste is fantastic), the leche de tigre nitro “ice cream”, and the nitro smoked salad. The duck was also everyone’s favorite entree. They offer a tasting menu for two that lets you try all of the above with some other dishes as well. Service was friendly, and they did a great job getting everyone’s plates out at the same time with such a large group. While it’s slightly more expensive than other fine dining Arequipa restaurants, the presentation and flavor are worth the extra cost. Wish they had a more extensive wine list, but that is the only nothing that was not 100% fantastic. While the cooking classes sound great, don’t miss out on just enjoying a delicious dinner here!
