Was not expecting such behaviors in a highway side subway chain especially when you was really hungry and can be happy with a simple smile and greet . Negative rating and worst subway ever.

Visited for Sunday lunch very disappointed had to return food to kitchen as the meat was inedible restaurant was empty and I can see why now. New chef needed!!! I can't believe this place. I got here just a couple minutes after close the lobby doors were still open. I tried to make an order I was going to make it to go... I tried to make an order I was going to make it to go because I knew that the lobby was closing. However the manager Laney by name did not want to accommodate me as a customer seeing as how I am currently writing a motorcycle. I asked her politely and politely she declined stating that the reason is is because her computer is shut down. However, the drive-thru is open until 2:00 a.m. . I don't understand why she couldn't take my order on another computer and give me my food to go which I asked for I could have gone outside and eating on the curb however I have no way to go through a drive-thru on a motorcycle because I cannot ride out of the drive-thru with my food. This is very poor management and a horrible role model for the rest of her crew. I will stay that she was polite during the whole time however it was almost as if she was incapable of coming up with a solution so now I don't get to eat and they lose business.

I went through the drive through, paid, and received a small box of food. When i questioned it, he said that was all. I went around and looked in the box. Not anywhere near what I ordered. He gave me my food I was missing but after getting it to my mom, she received popcorn chicken, not shrimp. Contacted the company and still don't have a resolution. This was 3 months ago. Stay away...far away!
