Weiterlesen I used to go to the Mother’s Day brunch at Oceans 999 and it used to be my family’s favourite traditions as they had lots of options. However, the Christmas Eve buffet was a bit of a disappointment. There weren’t as many options. The salad and cheese tables looked empty. They used to have sushi chefs that would make nigiri right in front of you but instead they just had cheap looking rolls that didn’t even get restocked fast enough. The food was decent but for the price I was not wowed.

We each had a glass of the rotating red wine, tonight it was Laurent Miquel Syrah/Grenache from southern France, excellent. For entrees I had mushroom tortellini and spouse had Pam-seated cod. Both were outstanding. Really enjoyed the service, friendly, patient, warm. Atmosphere was fun, with great oldies covers playing in background. Noise levelWas acceptable. Ratings 5 for location, service, food, 4 for atmosphere, 3 for value (a bit expensive).
