Manny host and manager was friendly. Nice enclosed patio. Waited at least 10-15 min for Victor server to ask if we wanted water. At that point we asked for wine... Weiterlesen Manny host and manager was friendly. Nice enclosed patio. Waited at least 10-15 min for Victor server to ask if we wanted water. At that point we asked for wine and beer. He was vague on what was on tap and had it backwards. He started walking away so we asked to order salads. He then asked if wanted entrees; we said we'll wait. Someone else brought salads. We waited another 10+ minutes and finally spotted Victor and waved him over and ordered pizza and another glass of wine. Forgot to order bread. Asked another another waiter for bread. Had to ask two more servers to ask Victor for my second glass of wine. The arugula and panzabella small salads and the margherita with extra sauce cheese and basil were all good. Our tip is based on service which was non existent until it was time for check. Victor actually brought the restaurant copy back and had circled the percentage tip amounts. We had NEVER had that happen before. I explained to Manny that we tip according to service and Victor's service was seriously lacking plus he returned the check with the tip circled. Manny apologized and said to ask for him next time we're there. Victor followed us out the door and thanked us for coming like he was expecting more tip. What a strange experience.
