In response to the negative review written a week ago there was a new gentleman filling in last week at this location who had the worst attitude and created the bad atmosphere you described. It can take one person to ruin it for the rest. This same person provided me with horrible service and the following day the staff apologized on my behalf and gave me a complimentary coffee (unsolicited). The reveals how much the regular staff at this location care about customer service.
