I ordered five dishes for takeout to celebrate my anniversary, and I can't even begin to describe how terrible it was. ?Three out of the five dishes we ordered were overcooked, dry, and absolutely tasteless. It was like chewing on cardboard with a hint of burnt flavor. ? To make matters worse, the customer service was equally horrendous. When I called to complain about the inedible food, they simply brushed me off, saying that no one else had complained that night. ? They completely ignored the fact that we had been served overpriced, inedible food that ruined our special celebration. ?I can't express how disappointed and frustrated I am with Cynthia's Chinese restaurant. This experience was not only a waste of money but also a huge letdown on a special occasion.
