Weiterlesen First time there was good (May 19), service was good, staff was nice, everything was clean and well put together. Got there about 6 pm on a Saturday and it was busy, when I left at 7 pm people were starting to line up at the door. There are 3 sauces, the regular, 911 and 5150. The 911 sauce is really good, hot enough for people who like spicy food without being too hot so you can't enjoy the food. I got crab, shrimp, corn and sausage. Yes the shrimp is whole shrimp so if you don't like that be aware. They also have appetizers, we got the super carne asada fries and they are really good. My only real complaint is the crab they use doesn't have much meat in it and it's stringy. It's $17.99 per pound and I feel like I paid for crab shells. I'll go back again for sure, they have a really good menu but the crab just threw me off.

The outside tables are a nice addition and the coffee is very good; the selection of pastries and cookies is just right and stopping there was a pleasant end to an afternoon of sightseeing.

Have ordered just a couple of egg rolls and and chicken wings and both were simply inedible and looked disgusting. The only thing that kept me there for less than 10 minutes was the local beer and wi-fi. As for food- avoid at all cost. Lousy is an understatement.

Weiterlesen I 've been shy of the Tapas craze following encounters with over priced, pre cooked sncks that cost too much to make a satisfying meal but the nice little Pinudi Taverna changed my ideas. Hungry after morning shopping, we were tempted by a menu board that proclaimed the opening of the place at 14.30, typical for San Sebastian and other Spanish towns. Perched on a bar stool, (that 's all there is , we were offered a pictorial menu to help with decision making, then a row of little spinach and herb omelettes on toast, fresh from the pan, got us started. If food smells this good . . ' we thought, and asked for a couple of items from the menu, plus a couple of glasses of red wine. Just a few moments we cook to order came the reply (by word and gesture . A couple of swigs of smooth, easy drinking Rioja Pomal passed the time (at 2€ per glass!! , then out came Smoked Salmon on toast, Prawn kebab, two more kebabs of delicious curried pork, all fresh prepared a total of 22€, drinks included. Friendly folk, delicious food what 's not to like? If only all Tapas was like this.
