The atmosphere is cool and comfortable. I would highly recommend fried oysters for an app and cancer if it is available. Both are rich and tasty and you will be in a good mood. The etouff is good, but more on the lighter side to taste intensity, so perfect for the average minnesotan palette; The thing that bleed our thoughts, though was the Mississippi mudcake we had for dessert! It was super rich and savory with beautiful surprises of crispy from the roasted walnuts. Brownie-like center covered by a delicious Meringue was perfect, not too heavy and a perfect balance of chocolate.
