Weiterlesen Ordered online through the app, then received a call from the store saying they were closed, but didn?t know how to refund the order. Called the next day and spoke with the manager who also had no idea what to do. So they took my order and money, and arenot refunding me for it. They didn?t know who to call, email, or anything. Basically just hung me out to dry and provided noassistance at all. There is no option within the app to cancel an order once it is placed, and no help option within the app.The only option you have is to call the store. Very poor customer service and problem solving skills at the store level. Whycouldn?t I have been refunded through the store? Or placed in contact with someone that did know how to solve the problem?

Not everyone likes their burgers medium well and the short female manager refused to make one special for me and the customer ahead of me who also asked.It's not like we were asking for something for free nor was it coming out of her pocket to go back and cook 2 burgers longer tomake the customer happy. No real loss to me but it will be to them when they lose customers because of a lazy and grouchymanager. Maybe I should be thankful that I didn't order it (or anything else with tomato) as I saw the sandwich maker puttingtomatoes in the pan at the station without gloves after getting them from the cooler while I was waiting for my order.

I would ask *Hands and Pans* and it wouldn 't get done, set a timer and it got turnedoff cause it was annoying . They wore gloves at this location..but didnt change gloves much . Hair is never properly pinnedeither, i guess you don 't have to wear at hat to work with food????

Then the girl asked me if I had asked for some and I said yes I did. It was as if Iwas wrong. All that I can say is that you need Better Customer Service Skills!!!
