Weiterlesen Ordered a meal and waited 35-45min; when enquiring about it they stated the Food warmer was faulty. I have no issue with unforeseen issues, but failure to communicate with customers and waiting for them to approach you and follow up on orders is disappointing. No ETA was provided so we requested a refund. If we had been advised of the fault and the staff had communicated with us, we would have been more understanding, and this review wouldn't have been needed. If we hadn't approached the staff, we would still be waiting.
