Two issues I have: (1) My biggest complaint is ALWAYS customer service. Walk in 6-7 or more people in back NO ONE up front. Always one sitting on a counter in front of window back to it of course. Call in or online orders you still have to wait in some sort of loosely joined line of ordered ordering. THATS after some comes up front! (1a) The people answering the phones act like Forrest Gump learning to use a PC. However, this excepting the short, young, black female who’s dynamite. Can’t recall her name. Usually she says…”I got ya”. (2) Frequent issues with the milk shake machine. I tell you…70% of why I go to CARS is the superior shakes compared to ALL FF restaurants selling shakes. I will have several times, cancelled my food order at notice of, “we don’t have shakes right now”. That week it was broken…sept or Oct…I stayed away a week. Nothing else is wrong just these things. To be Commended: (1) CARS packaging is QUALITY!!! I love bring CARS to my work, and people are like: Q: Where did you get that smells great…nice box. (2) Restaurant styling design NICE ALWAYS clean inside! Even the cook area looks clean. Brilliant!! Thanks for listening!

Weiterlesen My party walked in and we were quickly greeted with a smile. The wait was 30 minuets, so we sat at the bar. Margaritas were delicious the bartender was great. We asked a few questions about the food and he was very informative. He did have a few suggestions like the three time trophy winning wings. Lol. And believe me they lived up to hype. The wait staff was friendly and funny. Great time will definitely be back.

I am not a huge fan of Italian meatballs but I did enjoy these! Huge portions we have enough for another whole meal!

Weiterlesen Indulgent menu made from the stuff of a college guy?s wackiest dreams. Unfortunately, the menu is cut down a bit from what I?ve seen before the pandemic the pork items are missing so I ended up getting the fat soprano sandwich (meatballs, ravioli, mozzarella sticks, and marinara sauce). It was pretty good, not as heavy and overwhelming as I thought it would be, but I was prepared for that so I would try something else next time. The real stars of the show were the sides. I got their fried Mac Cheese bites and a brownie roll and they were delicious. Lastly, I got a banana Nutella shake with peanut butter and that was pretty good too, but the banana was lost somewhere in the mix. Would love come back once their full menu is back!
