They also sell other excellent dairy products and fresh bread, the latter not as good as the rest but better than the average in Rome. Having tried various of their specialities, I can say that the more you go towards processed products the lower the quality, so I would prefer the various mozzarella, ricotta and scamorza, all excellent and always fresh. Friendly and helpful staff.
