A small traditional crust. Pizza is enough for two people to share. I have had top-notch deep dish, pizza in Chicago, and nothing appears to that, but this comes close. If you do want to order a deep dish, plan to wait 45 minutes for your pie to be done. But all of the crust styles are very good.
