Une jolie assiette mixte faite sur mesure, entièrement maison et bio. Deux boulettes et un roulé à base de légumes aussi savoureux que raffiné accompagnée de courgettes marinées, graines germées de lentille et une salade radis carotte bien rafraîchissante. Une cuisine simple mais très travaillée qui surprendra par sa subtilité et par ce petit truc en plus qui rend ses plats si succulent. Si vous passez par là, une belle adresse de quartier à découvrir absolument en take away et si possible à table (n’hésitez pas à appeler). In a small street that is both lively and cozy, Carmen receives us with generosity and simplicity on her little sunny sidewalk corner. A pretty mixed plate entirely homemade and organic. Two vegeball and a vegetable roll as tasty as it is refined accompanied by marinated zucchini, sprouted lentil seeds and a very refreshing radish carrot salad. A simple but very elaborate cuisine that will surprise with its subtlety and by this little extra trick that makes its dishes so delicious. If you pass by, a nice neighborhood address to discover absolutely by take away and if possible at the table (do not hesitate to call).
