I was there yesterday and was planning to order just a decaf coffee after I gave the teller my app 's code. They said they didn 't have any available, so I said thanks anyway and left the drive thru line. I looked at my account online last night and saw a charge for McDonald 's that I didn 't make. That 's when I realized that they didn 't delete my code info from the register and I paid for the car 's order that was behind me. I wasn 't too upset until I called today and they said that without a receipt, they couldn 't issue a refund. How would I have the receipt that was given to the car behind me? They essentially stole money from my account and then offered me free coupons to make up for it. It 's not free if I 've already paid for it.
