We had two rump steaks and the cepes fondue, which we accompanied by potatoes and salad (the salad was refilled as needed). The combination of the...steak and cheese was divine. Another part of the table had the meat fondue, which apparently wasn't as good. The restaurant has a low ceiling, which combined with the hot oil from the fondues, makes the place a bit foggy and will leave you with a grease smell. Service was fast and courteous, but they could definitely benefit from an extra waiter.

Not even a response of “We apologize.”-Had to wait an additional almost 30min for them to get to my order to cook it an have it ready….NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!If you offer online ordering it needs to be monitored closer…NO EXCEPTION… CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST or your not have customers returning.. Employees act like you’re order is a burden on them to make… I don’t understand WHY……..Three previous times I’ve ordered from this location our food was NOT CORRECT should have learned from those visits… Since Kathy Dunn sold these stores they have ALL LOST THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE….. Only 4 miles from my house so I decided to check it out. I pulled up, walked in and was greeted by two very lovely ladies who were so kind to me! I told them that I was new to the area and it’s my first time visiting this restaurant. I believe the young lady was Laura and she helped me out with my food selection and made me feel so welcomed! Once the food was ready I returned home with the food and we pigged out! All of the food was so good and the ribs were very tender, literally the meat falls off the bone! We have now found our new go to barbecue spot and I highly recommend this place for great service and great food!
