I work for a hotel nearby as a front desk associate and I get asked for whats good to eat around here nearly every day or night, several times. I recommend Oaxaca tonightto a work crew who wanted good authentic Mexican food. Let's just say, the crews boss came in basically yelling at me for therecommendation. I feel so bad, each one out of 17 men said the food and the service was horrible. I just CANNOT believe HOWdisappointed my customers were with the establishment tonight. They also said the server wasn't friendly. I wish i would haverecommended somewhere else..

I tried asking them to grab my grilled veggies with a different spatula cause they just used it to pickup shrimp (I’m allergic), but they just usedthe same one anyway. I understand there are language barriers but they should atleast be aware of this.

If you want Siracha or spicy oil, that is extra BUT only if you take out. These are all free ifyou eat in???? If you don?t ALREADY KNOW this policy you will be chastised in front of the ENTIRE restaurant. Fried springrolls come in 2 with no sauce. I was too shaken up to remember to ask for that. I honestly can?t believe the absolute rage Iput this man in. Terrifying.

First off there was a big piece of plastic mixed in, not sure how that was not seen when they were mixing my salad. I was on my lunch break andwas too tired and hungry to return it. 2nd, that evening and that whole weekend I had terrible nausea and diarrhea. I am stilldealing with stomach pain and nausea. It had to have been the salad because that was the only thing I had eaten. I will nevereat here again.

Yam taste like pound of cinnamon, greens and green beans are dry and not seasoned. Disappointed overall heard goodthings but did not receive that. Brisket was good but missing seasoning.
