Weiterlesen Neehee's is a great place for fast, flavorful Indian street food. It offers an enormous menu to choose from, and everything is clearly marked. It's always packed with Indian families, which I take as a sign that they're doing the food justice. The portions are often small, but that makes it easy to order a variety to share. The only downside is that a lot of the food is fried which makes for an oily meal.

I tried the side of Chinese Longbeans which came with lettuce wraps which weren't washed and had dead bugs between the leaves. For dinner I ordered the wild mushroom ramen and it was very good, but I initially had to send it back because they forgot to omit the egg (the waiter said he hadn't heard me say no egg, but he repeated it back to me at the time of my order, so... Despite being a tasty meal and having the appetizer comped, I won't be going back.

Went here for dinner, and had two entrees to share as well as an order of Samosa. The Samosa was delicious, especially the spice mix they dusted the outside wit... The Samosa was delicious, especially the spice mix they dusted the outside with, and the chutneys were so bright and the flavor was incredible. The entrees I tried were the Chana Masala and Bhuteko Kauli which is a cauliflower dish with Nepalese spices. Both were surprisingly light and the flavors of the Bhutako were so vibrant. Unfortunately the waiter wasn't knowledgeable about which items were vegan and there was a language barrier for sure. He asked a colleague and they brought a menu that they had circled the vegan options on which was very nice, but I wish I had looked at the menu online because there were more options, and they were clearly marked. Too bad; missed opportunity for sure.

The entree portions are large, and the flavors are unique and spectacular. I 'm not a huge fan of whatever they toss their edemame in, though. It has a very odd flavor and is very oily. The place is very small, so I usually only 'dine in ' when it 's warmer out and I can sit outside. The greeter was very dismissive the last time I ordered takeout, and the waitstaff could use some ServSafe reminders.
