Weiterlesen The owner of this establishment is extremely rude and I unfortunately will not be returning. I came in to place a to-go order but the staff was in the middle of their lunch rush and preoccupied so I decided to use the restroom while I waited. While in the middle of using the restroom the owner comes banging furiously on the door asking if I was almost finished to which I replied “yes ma’am?” Admittedly this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and as I walked out to place my order one of their waiters was swamped with a tray of drinks in hand and the other was in the middle of a conversation at a table with a customer and no one at the register, so I decided it may be best to just leave. As I walked out the previously mentioned waiter who was swamped chased me out to let me know that I just made the owner extremely angry and that the restroom was for customers only. I explained that I was going to place an order to go but that he seemed to be in the weeds currently and I didn’t have much more time to wait. The man understood and was very polite and apologetic. I’ve eaten here before and honestly received the best service from the employees but the owner needs a serious attitude adjustment. I’ve worked in several restaurants in the past and have never seen someone treated like this just for using the restroom, maybe this all could’ve been avoided if there was someone available to take orders at the register. Just a suggestion.
