I am a Vandy student who frequently finds himself here while walking between meetings/classes/buildings. Like any Dunkin', it's quick, cheap, and unhealthy. Still, it gets 5 stars from me because it is everything I expect it to be. AMBIENCE.It's not aesthetically appealing by any means, but it is in as good of a condition as I've seen any other Dunkin' Donuts. Whilethis is not a high bar, it nevertheless does not come up short. QUALITY. Great tasting food that is high in calories, butoverall satisfactory. SERVICE. Service is great, staff is polite, and I never have to wait. That being said, I'm usually heremid-morning and late-afternoon, when you would expect lines to be shortest. PRICE. VERY good price, even as far as fast foodgoes. I recently got a doughnut and a bacon/egg/cheese croissant for $7 all-in including tax. Tough to beat. TAKEAWAYS. Loweryour expectations, as this is a fast-food establishment. Once you do that, you're experience will surely not be disappointing.The only caveat is I have never been here during the rush, so I cannot comment on their efficiency during peakhours.
