It was a wonderful traditional pub, and my cod chowder was very delicious. We’d love to stay here as our dog loves Ashdown Forest, but for the life of us they don’t offer a proper cooked breakfast downstairs, only a continental in our room, which is a shame. Think they’re missed a trick. Can’t imagine staying in a lovely pub like this without the full English on offer Service: 4 Location: 5
