My wife and I both ordered fajitas. Both plates came out at room temp or below. I don’t know how that’s even possible with fajitas. I think the meat was cooked... Weiterlesen My wife and I both ordered fajitas. Both plates came out at room temp or below. I don’t know how that’s even possible with fajitas. I think the meat was cooked early in the day and then just thrown on a grill to re-heat. The beans and rice were also cold. We asked for new food, so the waitress took our plates and the chef microwaved them, which any restaurant knows is not right…the meat dried out and was tough as leather They even microwaved the lines on the plate (nothing like a delicious hot lime). I never had my beverage refilled or was even asked if I wanted that. I didn’t have a manager come speak with me. We love the food truck and we were very excited for this place opening in our neighborhood. What a letdown. I’m not sure we will be back. I know it’s only been a few days since opening, but shouldn’t that be when a place is really trying to make a good impression? Disappointed.
