When I looked up the policy on Starbucks, it was indeed true that I COULD get free refills while I shopped in the store so the manager (Casey) allowed it. When I went back for a free refill of tea, Casey then said I could not and could ONLY get coffee and worst of all she was EXTREMELY rude, defensive and condescending.
