Weiterlesen Visited Goose for dinner on our last evening in Rome after a recommendation and it did not disappoint! The pizza is cooked in a wood oven which made a massive difference, it was beautifully crispy and very flavoursome. The pasta was also delicious and we wish we had room for dessert! Very good value for money, would definitely visit again. Servers were also super friendly and split our pasta into two bowls for us as we mentioned we were sharing dishes

Weiterlesen Been to loads of different Costa’s in the past, all been a warm welcome and lovely coffee! The two lads that were working in Costa today were so unorganised, took one of them 2 seconds to make my partners Latte and it tasted like water. They also, did not have any spoons left at all... which was fine as we just used the wooden stirrers but you just expect better of a Costa that’s based in market square.

Weiterlesen I’ve been using the café at Ben’s Farm Shop at Staverton quite a bit recently and I love it. Fine dining it definitely isn’t but it’s a café in a brilliant farm shop – not a Michelin starred restaurant. The coffee is great and, although the timing can be a bit iffy, the breakfast is excellent. Where else can you get sausages, dry cure bacon. black and hogs pudding made at the butcher’s counter fifteen metres away? I don’t take much notice of the lunch menu and just ask them to make me a mezze plate of the salads, dips, antipasti, empanadas and falafels they sell form the deli counter and it never fails to hit the spot. Maybe not 100/100 but definitely five stars.
