07.04.2023 - 13:41Previously, Noble Inn Lakeside Bar is no longer open, but there are 6 fully modernized, very comfortable rooms. Apparently went through large renovations as bay windows in the rooms, furniture is new with flat-screen TV with satellites, WiFi, comfortable beds, modern bathroom and was very clean. Location is ideal on the highway between Norland and Minden, and is directly on the lake. It has large deck with BBQ overlooking its large courtyard with horseshoe pit, Bonfire pit, small beach, dock, boat start for guest use and plenty of space for other outdoor activities such as volleyball, badminton, etc. In July August, they only rent a week, but this gives you access to the full motel property and amenities, including the screen room personally, that was my favorite as no bugs and views to the lake), dining area, complete and stock business kitchen and bar lounge area with pool table, fireplace and 2 flat-screen TVs. We went there for family meetings in June, the rental of the entire motel facility, and it was amazing!! Many make on site with canoeing, paddle boat, small selection of board games for rainy days: and close 3 golf courses and craft brewery. Only for overnight stay in January returned and very comfortable for winter stay. You also have a new and fully equipped 4-room holiday home next door to rent, which we toured and were very impressed. Will be back.

03.01.2023 - 05:43We were staying at the Delawana Resort and looked up restaurants nearby for lunch. There weren’t many options for a nicer dining experience that was within a 5 ish minute drive but we looked at Top of the Cove and it looked like our best...option. It ended up being one of our best experiences! The menu had so many dishes we would have loved to have tried, it was difficult to decide. My husband went with the Pickerel and I chose the Curry Chicken as it is their own blend of spices and sauce made in house. Both dishes were the best we ever had! The view is over the lake so you can never go wrong there with their big windows! What made our experience perfect was Joelle, our server! My husband and I arrived there trying to figure out how to overcome the fact that I only brought sandals and the main activity we wanted to do for the weekend was play tennis at the resort. We didn’t want to waste time driving another hour to go to Orillia and back for new shoes! In my typical humour, I tell my husband that I would pay $20 for someone’s shoes off their feet! And then Joelle comes to our table! Not only was she super pleasant, she happened to have an almost brand new pair of Nikes there, in my size that she didn’t end up using much! We bought them off of her! As she brought them to me, I jokingly ask, you don’t happen to have any socks on you too? She comes back with 2 pairs of brand new socks and gives them to me! What a wonderful experience that we talk about often! And we definitely will return for the food! We were also able to play hours of tennis (if you can call it that at our level! .

20.01.2018 - 16:42We had dinner including two entrees and two sides. One bottle of wine and 2-3 beers. Our bill was well in excess of $300 not including tip. The serve great food and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable but the prices are insane. Charging over 3X the regular price for a bottle of wine is ridiculous. Be prepared to pay through the nose.
