Weiterlesen I would post 0 stars if I could, I sat in line for over 20mins and noone came over the drive through speaker to tell me they couldn't take my order cause they were closing soon. Soon being the 20mins I sat there cause there was a truck in front of me that took up all that time. You didn't have the decency to tell me that so you should have taken my order since I sat there waiting plus the girl screamed when I came up to the window and walked away couldn't even tell me herself

Weiterlesen Haven’t been to Coldstone in a while and was really looking forward to getting a Founder’s Favorite. The ice cream was okay but not amazing. The waffle bowls/cones were made in advance and left out on the counter, so they were soft and horrible. The staff who helped me didn’t do any special mixing as it was probably a slow day, but then they asked if I wanted to add tips when I paid by card. After reading other reviews, this is probably just not a great location. Will try the one in Mosaic next time.

I ordered a drink with it. The cup was supposed to be in the bag to fill and it was not. A friend picked it up for me and did not realize something was missing.. I have been trying to get a refund on the site or the phone, and both automated systems just send you on a futile loop and you can't connect to a human being at the store. I will have to make trip to the store if I want this resolved.
