But they just don't have it even on the days where we were one of the first customers for dinner. I think it just depends on what they buy. The star of the restaurant is really the paella. It's the best paella I have ever had in my life. It is even better than the ones I had in Spain. Also, Chef Ramona puts a lot of seafood in the paella. It's great portions with great prices. Also, they only make a certain amount of paella each day even though we went to the restaurant before it was closed. They were not serving customers anymore.
