During our 5 day stay they were out of the majority of hot breakfast items we expect. The pricing is also very inflated as is reflected by the hotel (you’re a captive audience in a convention hotel). The coffee is extremely bitter and overpriced. I am not a coffee snob and I was continually disappointed. I tried an americano, cappuccino, latte, and drip coffee over our stay and all disappointed. It’s sad they spent so much money making the cafe look beautiful but serve terrible coffee and the service was never much better. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
