I come from NYC, moved to Myrtle Beach 6+ years ago. I am a huge fan of Thai food and just discovered Thai Lao two months ago. Been back 4 times since. I ask my... Weiterlesen I come from NYC, moved to Myrtle Beach 6+ years ago. I am a huge fan of Thai food and just discovered Thai Lao two months ago. Been back 4 times since. I ask myself, why did it take me so long to find this place? Their papaya salad is delicious, as is their Panang curry with chicken pineapple fried rice. My mouth waters when i think of it. If you get there early enough to order off their lunch menu, do it. Otherwise, they are a bit pricey, but well worth it. I’d rather pay more for good food than eat bad food for less. Black Thai in Conway was awesome, but closed a few years ago(I believe their landlord tried to jack up their rent when their lease was up). Thank you Thai Lao for being here.

Pizza was good, spaghetti was ok. Garlic bread was cold. I'll give it another try because they were understaffed and it could be the cook rushed to get the food... I didn't have a cocktail but it does look like a very nice happy hour bar. My server was very friendly but was also the bartender and she was great but overwhelmed as a party of 18 came in right after us.
