My family has lived in Bogota since 2018 so we have tried many different restaurants in the city. Prudencia is excellent, a real hidden gem. The food was amazin... Weiterlesen My family has lived in Bogota since 2018 so we have tried many different restaurants in the city. Prudencia is excellent, a real hidden gem. The food was amazing, the service was outstanding and place was very cool. All the things we enjoy in a...good dinning experience. We liked it so much we had to come back and try some other entrees the following weekend. You are dealing with a semi-fixed menu where you get to chose one of 30 entree's either vegetarian or protein. The drink menu is also extensive with some nice treasurers like the homemade soda. We had 5 plates over two visits and everything was so good it made us want to return as soon as we can. If we could return for a third weekend in a row we would but other issues may not allow this but we will be returning as soon as we can. I highly suggest you try this if you are visiting the city or a local looking for a great meal. You will be so happy you came.

After surfing, I remembered each time the crucifixion of amherst and delaware- my dame that I never brought it there. So, right, so I have confirmed reservations for 8:00 clock, which was user-friendly online and easy by my email as well as handy via text. in front, at the arrival there was valet autoservice. the brave man was very welcoming / well managed even opened the doors for my dame and I to get out of the car. added that the initiative was the same for the door to the facility and followed the same way on the outrun part of the facility while it offers to make a picture of us for our memories; to make happiness when it set and done everything. Once they enter the building, there is a coat check in the foyer area if they use this option. after that there is a podium where a hostess checks effortlessly for their reservations and takes them up immediately. the ambiente of this situation is completely extraordinary. the waiting staff is attracted to the impression and the table was set up as if they had expected us. tablecloth as well as crockery were practically brand new and clean. the wine list is quite extensive and the selection of foods was eclectic together to be able to touch all pellets. the waiter I think his name was dave was very attentive and the inconcept helpful to ask while he embodied a charisma that was necessary for the role he was working for. the foods were great and the way the kitchen was prepared was top-tier. I recommend the waygu steak

Weiterlesen Might have been the worst service I’ve ever experienced. My wife is gluten free. We called ahead to verify they had options and were told they did. Waitress was very unknowledgeable. She forgot to tell the cooks to make the pasta dish gluten free. Fortunately we recognized this by the type of pasta on the dish. When we inquired she had to go ask the chef. She stopped at other tables on the way back while our food was cooling off to tell us they had used regular pasta. We sent it back. On the way back to kitchen she sat other patrons who had arrived. 20 minutes later the correct food arrived , but only after I had asked her to go check. A request for Parmesan cheese showed up 10 minutes later. Food flavor was decent but service horrible. No manager to be seen. Outside deck was nice.

I asked if it would be possible to change it for a jacket kartoffel. Despite the actually cheaper jacket on the menu, I was told that we can't change it, the burger comes only with fries or wedges. this lack of flexibility is why this place will never be more than an average steakhouse in bogota.
