Sitting in the square in Torre de la Horadada watching the world go by, with a cocktail in hand was a real pleasure. Service was excellent and friendly. Range of cocktails was good and very enjoyable. Give this bar a try and you won’t be disappointed. Also does the best brunches and coffee inn town!

Weiterlesen Wir befanden uns mitten im Mutter aller Gewitter, suchten Schutz in einer Bäckerei, die gerade dabei war, für die Nacht zu schließen. Wir fragten nach einer Getränkeempfehlung und wurden zur Straße hinuntergeschickt. Während einer Pause im Regen und Wind machten wir uns auf den Weg zur Kneipe. Dort suchten wir nach schicken Restaurants im Internet, riefen dann die Kurfürstenstube an, reservierten einen Tisch für vier Personen. Minuten später wurden wir von Max und seinem makellosen Personal platziert. Ich trank ein Bier, die Frauen Wein. Wir hatten Vorspeisen, die zum Sterben waren, gefolgt von Hirschrückenfilet. Nicht einmal ein Hauch von Wildgeschmack und auf den Punkt medium rare gegart. Der Speisesaal ist elegant und mit eleganter Vertäfelung geschmückt. Der Service war wie aus einem Orient Express Drehbuch und unsere Gläser blieben nie leer. Dieser Ort erhält meine bislang höchste Bewertung. Es verkörpert genau das, woran man denkt während der großen Epoche der europäischen Küche und des großartigen Services von den 1890er bis zu den 1930er Jahren. Ich werde Max und seinem Team bei jedem Besuch in Heidelberg wiedersehen.

Having arrived in Marseille we decided we wanted Indian food. Checked local restaurants and found this. Not too far from where we were and good reviews. Open now until 11pm it said. Having walked over a mile to get there we found it closed! What is the point of a website which is totally wrong? We tried once, we will never try again.
