The service was sloppy (e.g coffee machine broken, had to wait 30 minutes for tea, served with no milk, and finally when...milk arrived it was in a Turkish coffee pot) and the meat was warm but not hot, far from freshly cooked. Generous quantity of food, but would have been happier with less and better quality. Flavours have drifted far from Lebanon. The restaurant area looks uncared for, with no pride in appearance. Lights are in need of repair. The wait staff need to learn how to provide friendly and helpful service.

The duty manager , presented us- middle aged ladies ,with the bill and stated that we could not order...another cocktail as he had cut us off from the bar . This was after cocktails over a three hour time period- very rude and embarrassing and totally unnecessary. Will no longer be patrons of this venue again,after this rude and disrespectful incident. We have never been so embarrassed or mortified- totally unacceptable.
